  • 1 cup (160 g) chopped onion
  • ¾ cup (175 ml) water
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • ¾ cup (170 g) brown sugar

Method

  1. Place roast in slow cooker
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 10 hours
  4. Yield: 8 servings
  5. Per serving: 229 g water; 411 calories (19% from fat, 51% from protein, 31% from carb)
