Keto Cinnamon And Coconut Fat Bombs Recipe
Ingredients
Serves: 12.
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Stevia powder extract (or to taste)
- 1 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
Method
- Fill a medium saucepan halfway with cold water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Combine the almond butter, coconut milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and Stevia in a glass bowl and set over the saucepan.
- Stir the mixture, until the almond butter is melted.
- Remove the bowl from the heat.
- Let the mixture cool and refrigerate for 20-25 minutes, until the mixture becomes hard enough to shape into balls.
- Using your hands, shape into small balls and toss in the shredded coconut, until evenly coated.
- Arrange the balls on a serving plate and chill in the fridge for about an hour before serving.
