Air Fryer Easy Lasagna Casserole

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 3/4 cup low-carb no-sugar-added pasta sauce
  • 1 pound 80/20 ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup full-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method

  1. In a 4-cup round baking dish, pour 1/4 cup pasta sauce on the bottom of the dish
  2. Place 1/4 of the ground beef on top of the sauce
  3. In a small bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, and oregano
  4. Place dollops of half the mixture on top of the beef
  5. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the mozzarella
  6. Repeat layers until all beef, ricotta mixture, sauce, and mozzarella are used, ending with the mozzarella on top
  7. Cover dish with foil and place into the air fryer basket
  8. Adjust the temperature to 370°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
  9. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, remove the foil to brown the cheese
  10. Serve immediately
