Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 3/4 cup low-carb no-sugar-added pasta sauce
- 1 pound 80/20 ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup full-fat ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Method
- In a 4-cup round baking dish, pour 1/4 cup pasta sauce on the bottom of the dish
- Place 1/4 of the ground beef on top of the sauce
- In a small bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, and oregano
- Place dollops of half the mixture on top of the beef
- Sprinkle with 1/3 of the mozzarella
- Repeat layers until all beef, ricotta mixture, sauce, and mozzarella are used, ending with the mozzarella on top
- Cover dish with foil and place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 370°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
- In the last 2 minutes of cooking, remove the foil to brown the cheese
- Serve immediately
