  • ½ cup (75 g) diced red bell pepper
  • ¾ cup (120 g) diced onion
  • 1 can (15 ounces, or 425 g) no-salt-added kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Method

  1. Combine broth, cumin, chili powder, and garlic in slow cooker
  2. Cover and cook on high until mixture comes to boil
  3. Per serving: 216 g water; 206 calories (7% from fat, 24% from protein, 70% from carb)
