Pizza Crust
Ingredients
Serving Size : 1
- 1 package yeast
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Method
- In large mixing bowl, combine yeast, 1 cup of flour and salt.
- Add water and oil.
- Beat at low speed 1/2 min, scrapping sides of bowl.
- Beat at high speed for 3 minutes.
- Stir in enough of remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
- Knead, let stand till dough doubles in size, 1 1/2 hours.
- Punch down, cover and chill, 2 hours.
- Divide into 3 or 4 balls.
- Brush with oil.
- Roll thin.
- Bake at 450 degrees.
