Air Fryer Cheesy Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 1 (12-ounce) steamer bag cauliflower
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons blanched finely ground almond flour
- 1 teaspoon Italian blend seasoning
Method
- Cook cauliflower according to package instructions
- Remove from bag and place into cheesecloth or paper towel to remove excess water
- Place cauliflower into a large bowl
- Add cheese, egg, almond flour, and Italian seasoning to the bowl and mix well
- Cut a piece of parchment to fit your air fryer basket
- Press cauliflower into 6 round circle
- Place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 360°F and set the timer for 11 minutes
- After 7 minutes, flip the pizza crust
- Add preferred toppings to pizza
- Place back into air fryer basket and cook an additional 4 minutes or until fully cooked and golden
- Serve immediately
