Tahini Broccoli Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients

Makes 4 to 6 servings

  • 1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 tablespoons white miso
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 (12-ounce) bag broccoli slaw
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

Method

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the tahini, miso, vinegar, oil and soy sauce
  2. Add the broccoli slaw, green onions and sesame seeds and toss to coat
  3. Set aside for 20 minutes before serving
