- 8 ounces silken tofu, pressed and drained
- 3 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1/4 cup sriracha
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- juice of 1 lemon
- sea salt and black pepper
Method
- Place the tofu on a plate lined with paper towels for 15 to 20 minutes to absorb excess water
- Place all of the ingredients, including the tofu, into a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth
- Enjoy and use in place of store-bought mayo
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 to 2 weeks
