Amaretto Sour Recipe
Ingredients
Servings : 4
- 3 medium carrots grated
- 1/2 cup (70g) raisins or sultanas
- 1/2 cup (70g) peanuts or walnuts
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise or greek yoghurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp brown or white sugar
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method
- Combine carrot, raisins and nuts in a bowl
- Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, stirring well
- Add to carrot mixture
- Toss gently
- Cover and chill
