Air Fryer Prosciutto-Wrapped Parmesan Asparagus

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 12 (0.5-ounce) slices prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted

Method

  1. On a clean work surface, place an asparagus spear onto a slice of prosciutto
  2. Drizzle with coconut oil and lemon juice
  3. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and Parmesan across asparagus
  4. Roll prosciutto around asparagus spear
  5. Place into the air fryer basket
  6. Adjust the temperature to 375°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
  7. Drizzle the asparagus roll with butter before serving
