- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 6 to 8 slices of Prosciutto
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- garlic cloves.

Method
- Filet the chicken into halves and flatten with a meat mallet
- Trim the asparagus spears to desired length
- Place the chopped garlic along with 3 strips of the asparagus inside the chicken filet and roll up
