- 3 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoon low-cal italian dressing
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Method
- Place fish in shallow baking dish
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish
- Marinate several hours in the refrigerator, turning the fish occasionally
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Bake fish uncovered for 30 minutes
- Broil for 5 minutes, or until fish is crisped
