Beer-Steamed Snow Crab Seafood Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 quarts water
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 4 snow crab clusters — thawed if necessary
  • cider vinegar
  • french fries or oven fries — if desired

Method

  1. In large pot, bring water and beer to a boil
  2. Add Snow Crab and cook 5 minutes, until well-heated
  3. Remove crab from pot
  4. Serve with a shaker of cider vinegar and french fries or oven fries, if desired
