Monterey Bisquick Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup baking mix (such as Bisquick )
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
  2. Make a layer of spinach over the dish and then pour mixture of milk, ham, baking mix, onion, eggs, Cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack over this layer
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color

Servings : 10 inch pie
