Keto Garlic Butter Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
Servings : 8
- 8-10 tablespoons butter
- 1-3 garlic cloves, minced fined
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley or fresh corriander
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Method
- Microwave butter and garlic until barely simmering, stirring often
- Leave 1-2 hours
- Reheat gently, stir well then seive out some of the garlic (to taste)
- Mix in dried parsley/corriander and salt
- Add to recipe while warm
- Or: Stir well as it cools and sets
- Store in fridge for up to 1 week
- Before using, microwave gently to melt butter
