Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Low Carb Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Lemon, zest only
  • 1 medium Dill Pickle, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of Dill, finely chopped
  • 6 Capers, finely chopped
  • pinch of pepper
  • salt, to taste

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Set aside for 30 minutes for the flavors to infuse.
  3. Serve.
