Low Fat Tartar Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cholesterol-free
  • reduced-calorie mayonnaise or
  • salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickle
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion, (with top)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until chilled.
  3. ABOUT 1-1/4 CUPS SAUCE.
