Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225 g) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons (12 g) finely chopped scallions
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons (7.6 g) minced fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • -to taste- cayenne pepper or a
  • few drops of hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients well and store in the refrigerator in a container with a tight-fitting lid

Makes about 24 servings

  1. Each with 1 gram of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and 1 gram of protein
