Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) soy sauce
- 1/2cup (120 ml) dry sherry
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed, or 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons (12 g) grated fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons Splenda
Method
- Simply combine everything and store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator
Makes 1 cup (240 ml)
- Use about 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons (23 to 30 ml) per serving of stir-fry
- Each serving contains 2 grams of carbohydrates, no fiber, and no protein
