Keto Cheese Souffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 C. heavy cream
  • 1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, cut into about 1-inch pieces
  • 11 oz. cream cheese, cut into about 1-inch pieces

Method

  1. Set your oven to 375 degrees F before doing anything else and grease a large souffle dish
  2. In a blender, add the eggs, Parmesan, cream, mustard, salt and black pepper and pulse until smooth
  3. While the motor is running, slowly add the cheddar and pulse until well combined
  4. While the motor is running, slowly add the cream cheese and pulse until well combined
  5. Place the mixture into the prepared souffle dish evenly
  6. Cook in the oven for about 40-50 minutes
