Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 C. heavy cream
- 1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, cut into about 1-inch pieces
- 11 oz. cream cheese, cut into about 1-inch pieces
Method
- Set your oven to 375 degrees F before doing anything else and grease a large souffle dish
- In a blender, add the eggs, Parmesan, cream, mustard, salt and black pepper and pulse until smooth
- While the motor is running, slowly add the cheddar and pulse until well combined
- While the motor is running, slowly add the cream cheese and pulse until well combined
- Place the mixture into the prepared souffle dish evenly
- Cook in the oven for about 40-50 minutes
