Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 g) mayonnaise
- 1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons (12 g) finely chopped scallions
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons (7.6 g) minced fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- -to taste- cayenne pepper or a
- few drops of hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients well and store in the refrigerator in a container with a tight-fitting lid
Makes about 24 servings
- Each with 1 gram of carbohydrates, a trace of fiber, and 1 gram of protein
