Ingredients

SERVES 6.

  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup almond slivers
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup golden flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup low-carb, sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup granular erythritol
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients
  2. Place the mixture into a 4-cup round baking dish
  3. Place dish into the air fryer basket
  4. Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 5 minutes
  5. Allow to cool completely before serving
