Acai Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

For the smoothie bowl:

  • 1 medium unpeeled banana, frozen
  • 6 ounces frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
  • 7 ounce unsweetened acai berry puree, slightly defrosted
  • 1/2 Fuji apple, unpeeled, in large dice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons almond butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

For Topping (Optional).

  • fresh blueberries
  • sliced kiwi
  • flax seeds
  • black sesame seeds
  • granola
  • ripe banana slices
  • pomegranate seeds

Method

  1. Put all the smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into a serving bowl and add your toppings of choice.
