Ingredients
Makes about 1 1/4 cups
- 1 cup diced ripe mango
- 1 tablespoon ponzu sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Asian chili paste
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons water, plus more if needed
Method
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth, adding another tablespoon of water if a thinner sauce is desired
- Transfer to a small bowl
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use
- This sauce is best used on the same day it is made
