Ingredients
- 2½ cups (570 ml) skim milk
- 1 cup (80 g) rolled oats
- 2/3 cup (119 g) chopped dates
- ½ cup (55 g) chopped pecans
- ½ cup (120 ml) half and half
- ¼ cup (60 g) brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Method
- Spray the inside of the slow cooker lightly with nonstick cooking spray
- Mix together all of the ingredients in a bowl
- Pour into slow cooker
- Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours
- Yield: 4 servings
- Per serving: 170 g water; 411 calories (32% from fat, 11% from protein, 57% from carb)
