Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps (24 g) sodium-free beef bouillon
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsps (40 g) molasses
  • 1½ cups (355 ml) water, boiling
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) low-salt soy sauce

Method

  1. Combine ingredients, stirring to blend thoroughly
  2. Pour into jars
  3. Cover and seal tightly
  4. It may be kept refrigerated indefinitely
  5. Yield: 48 servings
  6. Per serving: 10 g water; 6 calories (13% from fat, 11% from protein, 76% from carb)
