- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup Monk fruit powder
- 3 cups pork rinds, crushed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup double cream
Method
- In a pan, melt the butter, almond butter, and Monk fruit powder over medium heat.
- Now, add the crushed pork rinds and vanilla.
- Place the batter on a cookie sheet and let it cool in your refrigerator.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate and double cream.
- Add the chocolate layer over the batter.
