  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup Monk fruit powder
  • 3 cups pork rinds, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup double cream

Method

  1. In a pan, melt the butter, almond butter, and Monk fruit powder over medium heat.
  2. Now, add the crushed pork rinds and vanilla.
  3. Place the batter on a cookie sheet and let it cool in your refrigerator.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the chocolate and double cream.
  5. Add the chocolate layer over the batter.
  6. Allow it to chill completely before slicing and serving. Bon appetit!
