Ingredients
Makes : 4 dozen
- 1 cup almond meal
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Method
- In a bowl, mix together the flours with a pinch of salt and the almond meal
- Stir in the coconut oil and water then add the vanilla extract
- Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour then form small dough balls
- Arrange all of them on baking trays lined with baking paper
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 10-15 minutes
- Remove them from the oven and roll all of them in powdered sugar while still warm
