Ingredients
YIELD s 10 balls (1 ball per serving)
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup low-carb protein powder
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 cup low-carb, sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method
- In a large bowl, mix almond butter and egg
- Add in vanilla, protein powder, and erythritol
- Fold in coconut, chocolate chips, and cinnamon
- Roll into 1 balls
- Place balls into 6 round baking pan and put into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
- Allow to cool completely
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days
