Keto Easy Almond Fat Bombs
Ingredients
Serves: 4.
- ¾ cup melted coconut oil
- ½ cup almond butter
- 60 drops (about 3/8 tsp.) liquid Stevia
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) salted butter, melted
Method
- Melt the coconut oil and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add the almond butter, stevia, cocoa and stir well to combine.
- Place a silicone mold on a small cookie sheet.
- Pour about 2 tablespoons of mixture into each of silicone candy molds and place in the freezer for an hour.
- Once hardened, remove from the molds and serve.
- Keep the leftovers stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
