Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup hulled fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup chilled fresh orange juice
  • 1 frozen ripe banana, cut into chunks

Method

  1. In a blender food processor, combine the mango, strawberries and orange juice
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add the banana and blend until thick and creamy
  4. Serve immediately
