Purple Haze Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 fresh ripe mango, peeled, pitted, cut into chunks
  • 2 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 2 frozen ripe bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup chilled almond milk or other nondairy milk

Method

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the blueberries, mango and dates and blend until smooth
  2. Add the bananas and almond milk and blend until thick and creamy
  3. Serve immediately
