Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 fresh ripe mango, peeled, pitted, cut into chunks
- 2 dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 frozen ripe bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 cup chilled almond milk or other nondairy milk
Method
- In a blender or food processor, combine the blueberries, mango and dates and blend until smooth
- Add the bananas and almond milk and blend until thick and creamy
- Serve immediately
