Ingredients
Serving Size : 6
- 1 Can Creamy Chicken Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 4 Cups Zucchini – sliced and cooked
- 1 Cup Carrots – shredded
- 1/4 Cup Onions – finely chopped
- 2 Cups Herb-Seasoned Stuffing Mix
- 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
Method
- In 2 quart shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients except stuffing mix and butter.
- Toss stuffing mix with butter; spoon over vegetables mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot.
- Makes about 6 cups.
