Asparagus Quiche
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 12
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped asparagus
- 1/4 cup chopped leeks
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 12 California Fresh Eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
Method
- Nutmeg – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Preheat oven to 375: degrees.
- Grease 10″ W 12″ pan.
- Spread cheese on bottom of pan and top with vegetables.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, nutmeg and pepper.
- Pour over cheese and vegetables.
- Bake about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
