Ingredients
- Serving Size : 4
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
- 1 Clove Garlic – minced
- 6 Tablespoons Butter
- 4 Slices Veal – pounded and cut
- salt And Pepper – to taste
- 1 Cup Cream
- 1/2 Pound Mushrooms – sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Brandy
Method
- Noodles – or rice
- In a skillet, saute onion and garlic in 4 tbsp butter until onion in tender or translucent.
- Add veal and saute for 2 – 3 minutes per side.
- Season if you wish.
- Add cream; simmer covered, for 10 minutes.
- In a separate pan, saute mushrooms in remaining butter for 2 – 3 minutes.
- Add brandy and combine with veal.
- Serve with noodles or rice.
