Ingredients

- parsnip, diced

- 1 tsp thyme
- 950 ml low-salt vegetable broth
- 4 950 ml water

Method
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on high 7 hours
- Yield: 6 servings
- Per serving: 434 g water; 193 calories (27% from fat, 21% from protein, 52% from carb)
