Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 4
  • 2 cups top – dry
  • 1 3/4 cups boiling water
  • 1 can tomatoes – canned
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pepper – to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 onion – diced

Method

  1. Reconstitute TVP in boiling water.
  2. Simmer TVP, and all the ingredients to blend.
