Shari Sushi Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice or short-grain rice
  • 2 ½ cups cold water

Method

  4. Place the rice in a pot with a tight fitting lid and add the water
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes

  17. Keep the rice in the bowl, covered with a clean dish towel, until ready to use

Makes enough for about small 10 rolls
