Shari Sushi Rice Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice or short-grain rice
- 2 ½ cups cold water

Method
- Place a fish fillet onto a thumb sized rice ball (about 20-25 g)

- Place the rice in a pot with a tight fitting lid and add the water
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes

- Keep the rice in the bowl, covered with a clean dish towel, until ready to use
Makes enough for about small 10 rolls
