Sausage Souffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mild bulk beef sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 C. milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 6 slices white bread (cubed)
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese (grated)

Method

  1. Heat a skillet and cook the crumbled sausage until browned
  2. Drain the grease and keep aside to cool
  3. In a large bowl, add the eggs, add milk, dry mustard and salt and beat well
  4. Add the bread cubes and stir to combine
  5. Add the cheese and browned sausage and mix well
  6. Refrigerate, covered overnight
  7. Set your oven to 350 degrees F
  8. Cook in the oven for about 45 minutes
