Air Fryer Tawa Paneer Roll

Ingredients

  • 600g Paneer
  • 50g julienned Carrots
  • 50g shredded Cabbage
  • 40g Yellow aam papad
  • rice flour for dusting
  • 5g Chilli powder
  • 5g Turmeric powder
  • oil for brushing
  • salt to taste

Method

  1. Take a whole block of paneer
  2. Cut the paneer into thin slices which can be rolled
  3. Apply salt, turmeric powder and chili powder on the paneer
  4. Place the slices on a hot non stick pan for two minutes
  5. In a separate pan saute carrots and cabbage
  6. Add juliennes of aam papad and cook for 2 minutes
  7. Spread the filing over the paneer slices
  8. Roll the paneer
  9. Dust it with rice flour
  10. Pre heat the Airfryer at 180oC for 5 minutes
  11. Place the rolls in the Airfryer
  12. Set the temperature at 180oC and air fry for 1 minute
  13. Open the Airfryer
  14. Lightly brush the rolls with oil
  15. Air fry at the same temperature for another 2-4 minutes or until golden brown
