Quick Stroganoff Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (455 g) beef round steak, cubed
  • 1 can (10 ounces, or 280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup (230 g) fat-free sour cream

Method

  1. Place beef in slow cooker
  2. Cover with mushroom soup
  3. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours
  4. Before serving, stir in sour cream
  5. Yield: 4 servings
  6. Per serving: 191 g water; 263 calories (43% from fat, 44% from protein, 13% from carb)

Serve over cooked rice, pasta, or baked potatoes
