Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 1
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 Cup oil
  • 3 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Method

  1. Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together.
  2. Add oil and eggs.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Bake in tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
  5. Make a glaze and pour over cake while still warm.
