Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

  • 1 cup chilled plain or vanilla soy milk or other nondairy milk
  • 1 cup strong coffee, frozen into ice cubes
  • 2/3 cup vegan chocolate ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Method

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until thick and smooth
  2. Pour into tall glasses and serve at once
