Thick Creamy Mocha Shake
Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- 1 cup chilled plain or vanilla soy milk or other nondairy milk
- 1 cup strong coffee, frozen into ice cubes
- 2/3 cup vegan chocolate ice cream
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon sugar, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Method
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until thick and smooth
- Pour into tall glasses and serve at once
