Ingredients
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. fillet fish
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- parsley to taste.
- 4 peeled potatoes
- salt & pepper to taste.
- 3 shots Tabasco sauce
- few shakes paprika.
Method
- Saute diced onion in oil
- Then add fish fillet (cut in bite-size)
- Add chopped tomatoes and garlic cloves, parsley to taste
- Add peeled potatoes in chunk size, salt and pepper to taste, 3 shots Tabasco sauce and few shakes paprika
- Simmer all above about 25 minutes
- Serve with tossed salad
