Pesto Quiche Recipe
Ingredients

- 4 tbsps crumbled goat cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 C. half-and-half cream
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 8 oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and cut into strips
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
- Coat your pie dish with pesto and goat cheese then set your oven to 400 degrees before doing anything else
Get A Bowl, Combine.pepper, flour, salt, cream, and whisked eggs
- Enter this into your pie crust and then layer the sun dried tomatoes over the mix
