Ingredients
Makes about 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh chives Pinch salt
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and mustard
- Add the chives and salt and stir until well blended
- Cover and refrigerate until needed
- Properly stored, it will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
