Ingredients
- Serving Size : 4
- 4 egg whites – beaten
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 1/4 cups brown rice, cooked – cooked
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, add milk and egg whites and mix well.
- Add all the other ingredients, mix well.
- Place in a medium baking dish.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour or until the mixture is firm.
- Serve warm or chilled, topped with whipped cream if desired.
