Mexican Meat Loaf Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2½ pounds (1.1 kg) extra-lean ground beef
  • ½ cup (130 g) low-salt salsa
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) salt-free mexican seasoning , divided
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) egg substitute
  • 1 cup (115 g) bread crumbs
  • 225g shredded Colby jack cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Method

  1. Combine beef, salsa, 1 tablespoon (7
