Meat Loaf 57 Recipe

Ingredients

• Serving Size : 6
• 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
• 1 Egg – slightly beaten
• 1 cup soft bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 3 tablespoons Heinz 57 Sauce
• 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
• 1 dash pepper

Method

1. Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, milk, Heinz 57 sauce, salt and pepper.
2. Shape into loaf in lightly greased shallow baking pan.
3. Brush top with additional 57 Sauce, if desired.
4. Bake in 350 degree oven, 1 hour.
5. Allow meat loaf to stand 5 minutes before slicing.
6. Makes 6 – 8 servings.
