Meat Loaf 57 Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 6
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 Egg – slightly beaten
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons Heinz 57 Sauce
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 dash pepper
Method
- Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, milk, Heinz 57 sauce, salt and pepper.
- Shape into loaf in lightly greased shallow baking pan.
- Brush top with additional 57 Sauce, if desired.
- Bake in 350 degree oven, 1 hour.
- Allow meat loaf to stand 5 minutes before slicing.
- Makes 6 – 8 servings.
